For the daring and adven­turous gourmets a deli­cious and exquisite all-vinegar dinner hosted and served by Lady Vinegar, a.k.a. Beatrice Bardin, artist and acclaimed chef, who will regale you and your guests with the story of vinegar.

Start with a sam­pling of cock­tails, all-vinegar based, served with assorted Hors d’oeu­vres incor­po­rating vinegar in one guise or another.
